Yes. Text becomes real Word paragraphs you can select and edit, and tables become real Word tables.
Text, tables, images, and page order are preserved as closely as possible. Complex layouts such as multi-column text may flow differently in Word, since a PDF fixes every element's position while a Word document reflows.
Not yet. A scanned PDF is just pictures of pages with no text to extract, so it needs text recognition (OCR), which isn't available. We'll tell you before converting rather than give you a Word file made of page images.
